What is Ask Lutz?
In January of 2002, my friend Biz Stone, Genius (blogging expert extraordinaire / all-around Internet personality) suggested I start a weblog. I get the feeling that Biz wants everyone to have a weblog. I explained to Biz that I wasn't just yet interested in having my own website and he suggested building me a page on his own website. And that is how Ask Lutz was born.

I apparently made an error when I said that the Oxford English Dictionary was not an appropriate wedding gift.
My friend Morgan (who has had a wedding and therefore is more of an expert than I am) said that the OED (as she calls it) would make a wonderful wedding present. My mistake!
